They’ve both admitted to struggling with their shapes at times.
But Sam and Billie Faiers looked better than ever as they hit the beach during their recent trip to Mallorca, having slimmed down and toned up.
Proving that their hard work in the gym has well and truly paid off, the TOWIE sisters seemed body-confident as they wandered along the beach.
Reality star Sam, who has been spotted doing some intense work-out sessions during the last few months, seemed keen to show off the results during her sun break at the Lindner Golf Resort.
The newly-single boutique-owner certainly seemed to be over her recent heartache, looking happy and relaxed as she spent the day with her sister.
Looking dramatically different to how she did just last year, Sam was perfectly toned and bronzed as she made the most of her day in the sun.
Hard work: The TOWIE stars proved that all of their grueling fitness sessions have paid off
Over it: Sam looked like she’d well and truly moved on from her split with Joey Essex as she let her hair down
Clearly proud of her newly trim figure, she wore just the stylish blue and white bikini, opting against a cover up as she wandered along.
Her slightly more curvy sister also seemed happy to walk around in just her barely-there red bikini, having spent months working hard at the gym.
Clearly in high spirits, the girls chatted and laughed together during their beach-side stroll and later decided to take a dip in the sea.
Red alert: Billie wore a frilly red halter neck bikini for her day out with her sister
At one point Billie even decided to jump on her sister’s back while they were in the sea, obviously in a mischievous mood.
Sam, who has been in the ITV2 scripted reality show since the beginning, has just revealed that she’s filmed a pilot for her very own show.
‘We have shot a pilot for something. No, it’s not just me, it’s me and my sister. And it’s not just me and Billie, either! It happens to be amazing,’ she told Heat Magazine.
But luckily for TOWIE fans, Sam has signed up to appear in series 10, although she hinted that it might in fact be her last.
‘I don’t want it to end at all, but I don’t know what will happen after series 10. I probably would have done everything that you could possibly do on one show,’ she said.
