But Holly Willoughby embraces her edgy side in a new photo shoot with renowned photographer Rankin, as she poses while completely covered in silver paint.
Giving her best blue steel, the This Morning presenter turns model as she promotes Oral-B’s new Shine campaign.
The toothpaste spokesmodel looks almost unrecognisable in the new shots, which show her blonde locks slicked back, away from her silver face.
Shedding her wholesome image, the 32-year-old gives a sultry over-the-shoulder look in one shot as she poses in nothing but the paint.
In another she opens her mouth to show a hint of her pearly whites as she gazes into the distance, with just a hint of mascara on her lashes.
The dramatic effect was created by applying silver spray paint with baby oil using a spray gun, with silver pigment added for contouring.
‘It took about two hours to get paint on, shine applied and a tiny bit of sculpting to my face,’ said the presenter.
‘I love working with Rankin and couldn’t wait to do something totally different to how I’m normally seen, she added, clearly in awe of the famous photographer.
‘Oral-B thought of a way to shoot me in a surprising way that you wouldn’t expect from a toothpaste brand. It was a great experience to see yourself as you never have before.’
A recent poll by Oral-B showed that Holly has the popular celebrity smile, closely followed by Kelly Brook and Tom Daley.
Despite being a style icon to many, the TV presenter recently cited German supermodel Heidi Klum as her fashion inspiration.
‘Heidi Klum has a beautiful open face, big bright eyes and big white shiny smile – she just looks very beautiful. She seems happy in her own skin, so someone like her is iconic,’ she said.
Holly is reportedly set to quite her role on The Voice and is believed to have suggested to ITV bosses she would be prepared to quit The Voice for the right deal.
